Achieved More than Physical Results
I already know what it feels like to sort of try, but I wanted to know what could happen if I gave it my best!
6 weeks ago my wife and I were selected to be part of a test group for a brand new program that launches with early access in January.
Honestly, I was a bit skeptical that I would actually get much results from a 20 minute workout using nothing but a step as equipment. But it's 20 min of nonstop pure fat scorching moves. I did every workout, stuck to the meal plan 95% of the time, and I didn't drink any alcohol.
• 6 weeks • 20 min a day • 6 days a week
Not only did I achieve physical results, but I achieved another level of belief that I CAN actually do anything I set my mind to.. and so can you!
My goal wasn't to necessarily lose weight, but to tone up overall. But, I still ended up losing 10 lbs and 3 1/2 inches around my waist.
These 6 weeks have built-in motivation: You're doing the program in real-time with the trainer and the rest of the cast! No repeats, no do-overs. It's like taking a new class in your own private studio every day for 6 weeks! And in every 20-minute workout, your progress is tested with short challenges so you can track your non-scale victories.
We'll be running a group in January. And between now and then, there will be either be 1:1 or group support.
