I am so glad you wandered over!

I'm Alyssa. I'm mom to four equally adorable and crazy kiddos, a wife, a widow, a writer, a speaker, and an accountability coach. But, of course, I wasn't always all of these things. Not (too) long ago, I was just 26 years old and a widowed single mom, mad at the world, myself and God without a clue of what to do about it.

Whether you're one of the hundreds of women I've coached in faith, focus, or fitness, or you're new here, welcome. I really hope I get a chance to know you better! Most of all, I hope your visit here provides you with tools to help you stay focused on what really matters. I pray that you stay long enough to find something to live for; real, lasting hope.
